Bloat Relief Podcast: Gone Haywire is an original first-take improvisational comedy that asks one simple question:
What happens when everything that could possibly go wrong during the filming of a podcast... actually does?
The "On Air" sign refuses to work. A plant suddenly crashes onto the set. Crew members unexpectedly roller skate through the studio. The cast breaks into Happy Birthday in the middle of filming. Props malfunction, distractions multiply, unexpected interruptions keep coming, and every attempt to stay on track is met with another hilarious surprise.
Yet the podcast filming must go on.
With no script and no second takes, the cast embraces the unexpected, turning every mishap into a moment of creativity, laughter, and connection. The result is a one-of-a-kind independent short film that celebrates improvisation, resilience, and the wonderful unpredictability of creating something together.
